SONUS – The smallest and lightest ultrasonic
sensors

Baumer introduces the new miniature ultrasonic
sensor generation SONUS. Currently the most
compact ultrasonic sensors on the market, excel
with housing of just 10 x 14 x 27 mm. Due to their
small mass of less than 4 grams, they are
optimally suited for installation in all light,
quickly-moving handling units.

New CEO of Brodersen Automation

Göran Håkansson has been appointed new CEO of Brodersen Automation A/S effective of
24. april, 2007. Göran Håkansson will succeed
former CEO Jens Brodersen.
Göran Håkansson (42) has been technical manager of
Beijer Electronics AB in the business area
Automation and is also a member of the management
team of Beijer Electronics Automation, a postion
he will continue to hold. |

controller.
The GC-10 is an all-in-one control unit for

Brodersen now introduces the new FL1C series, the
next generation of the IDEC SmartRelay, and
updated programming software WindLGC version 4.0.
The compact and expandable FL1C IDEC SmartRelay is
no longer just a timer/counter replacement, but is
now equipped with the functionality of a micro
PLC. IDEC has found that customers require a more
sophisticated controller that is reasonably priced
and is easy to program. The FL1C meets that
requirement!
