Is the bearing or spindle running as true as the day that the machine was commissioned? Or are the first signs of wear beginning to appear? A fast, high-resolution, inductive analogue sensor produces immediate answers to such nagging questions. Even the slightest amount of shaft runout is detected. The linear inductive sensor IWRM 04U9701/S05 represents completely new perspectives in vibration measurement and detection. The entire circuitry of this miniature sensor is contained in a 4 x 30 mm round housing made of stainless steel. External signal processing is therefore unnecessary.
